Whether it’s a cup of rich hot chocolate, elaborate pralines or hand dipped chocolate strawberries, crisp tarts, buttery cookies, or sumptuous cakes and fine pastries, everything is freshly made in-house, with the finest ingredients available from local markets. Now you can learn the art of chocolate making from Chef Edward, trained at the finest hotels in Switzerland.
