Lost Aeroplan Card

Question:

What can I do if I lost my Aeroplan Card or it has become illegible?

Answer:

If you have a Password, you can request a replacement Tangerine card on the Your Profile page of our site. If you do not have a Password, please select the Need/Forgot Password link from the login or home page of our web site, or go directly to our Password Recovery page. Then, simply enter your Aeroplan number, click on "Submit" and follow the instructions.

Air Canada Top Tier members can request a replacement card by calling the Aeroplan Contact Centre.
